Bodies in Motion is a partially immersive exhibition of warp-painted textiles that explores identity, adaptation, and belonging. Suspended throughout the gallery in mirrored pairs, the weavings gently sway with air currents created by passing visitors, creating an environment that feels both familiar and subtly uncanny. On the surrounding walls, portrait diptychs depict characters wearing bathing caps and goggles, simultaneously humorous, vulnerable, and slightly alien.

Inspired by Campbell's recognition of her own unconscious tendency to mirror others' accents, tones, and mannerisms—a common adaptive response among immigrants and their daughters. Water serves as a recurring motif, reflecting movement, transformation, and the search for comfort and sanctuary. Through repetition, mirroring, and motion, Bodies in Motion invites viewers to experience movement, transition, and connection.
